FRONT WHEEL/BRAKE/SUSPENSION/STEERING
INSTALLATION
STEM COVER
LOCK NUT
LOCK WASHER
STEERING STEM
TOP CONE RACE
UPPER BEARING
UPPER OUTER RACE
LOWER OUTER RACE
Apply grease to each new bearing and inner race. ,
Install the lower bearing onto the stem. * STEERING STEM
Insert the steering stem into the steering head pipe.
Install the upper bearing and top cone race.
Tighten the steering top cone race to the specified
torque.
TOOL:
Lock nut wrench, 45 X 54 mm 07SMA-GBC0100
TORQUE: 11 N m (1.1 kgf-m, 8 Ibfft)
