6-5. HIGH TEMPERATURE
LIMIT CONTROL

1. Remove electrical power supplied to the unit.
To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move
the POWER switch to OFF and disconnect main
circuit breaker, or unplug cord at wall receptacle.
2. Lower the control board (refer to the Control Board
section).
3. Remove the heat shield which covers the high limit control.
4. Mark and disconnect the wires located on the high limit
control.
5. Using a 3/8" wrench, remove the nuts.
6. Remove the clamp bars.
7. Slide the high limit control off of mounting studs.
8. Install the new control in reverse order.
