Adjusting downwards

Pull out the clips on the pedal fixing plates (15) and at the same time push the pedals down as shown
in the picture below.
Adjusting downwards
There is no need to pull the clips out. To reduce the size of the pedals, simply pull them up as shown
in the picture below.
