When inspecting the equipment, use the following inspection table.

Notes:
1) If a fault occurs, replace the entire faulty unit or board. For this replacement, a minimum amount of space components
should be provided.
2) For spare main units and expansion units, power on once every six months.
(To prevent discharging of aluminum electrolytic capacitor in the power supply module)
Inspection contents
Confirmation of PWR/BAT, RUN/MEM, ALM LED
Is the voltage within the normal range when
measured at a terminal block ?
Are there frequent momentary power failures or
abrupt voltage rises or drops ?
Is the temperature within the specified range ?
(temperature in the panel when installed inside the
panel)
Is there condensation or extreme discoloration or
corrosion ?
Is there any vibration ?
Is there any dirt or other foreign matter ?
Are all modules mounted securely ?
Are there any loose screws on the external wiring
terminals ?
Are cable connectors inserted securely ?
Are any external wiring cables damaged ?
Is the designated quantity available ?
Are storage conditions appropriate ?
Were any errors detected through verification ?
Is the source program stored appropriately?
Criteria
LED must not be
blinking.
AC:
100V: 85 to 132V
240V: 170 to 264V
DC:
24V: 20.4 to 28.8V
Voltage fluctuations
must be within the
above range.
0 to +55°C
20 to 95%RH
There must be no
vibration.
There should be no
dirt or other matter.
