Cisco Small Business 200, 300 and 500 Series Managed Switch Administration Guide (Internal Version)
Use the Router Resources page to display TCAM allocation and modify total
TCAM size. TCAM entries are divided into the following groups:
IP Entries—TCAM entries reserved for IP static routes, IP addresses on the
device, and IP hosts. Each type generates the following number of TCAM
entries:

IPv4 static routes—One entry per route

IP Addresses—Two entries per IP address
-
IP Hosts—One entry per host
Non-IP Entries—TCAM entries reserved for other applications, such as
ACL rules, CoS policers, and VLAN rate limits.
To view and modify router resources:
Click Administration > Router Resources.
The following fields are displayed:
Neighbors—Count is the number of neighbors recorded on the device and
TCAM Entries is the total number of TCAM entries being used for neighbors.
Interfaces—Count is the number of IP addresses on interfaces on the
device and TCAM Entries is the total number of TCAM entries being used for
the IP addresses.
Routes—Count is the number of routes recorded on the device and TCAM
Entries is the total number of TCAM entries being used for the routes.
Total—Displays the number of TCAM entries which are currently being
used.
Maximum Entries—Select one of the following options:

Use Default—The number of TCAM entries available for IP entries is
25% of the TCAM size.

User Defined—Enter a value.
