Replacing bulbs

Replace the batteries.
or

Have the remote control batteries
replaced at a qualified specialist work-
shop, e.g. a smart Centre.

WARNING
Batteries contain poisonous substances.
Swallowing/ingesting batteries can result
in serious personal injury or death.
Always keep batteries away from children.
If a battery is swallowed, seek immediate
medical attention.
Replacing the key battery
You require one CR 2016 cell battery.
! Replace the key battery in the remote
control after two years at the latest. Oth-
erwise, there is a danger of battery leak-
age. This could destroy the remote con-
trol.

Lift off upper section of key housing :
with a coin.

Remove old battery ;.

Insert the new battery with the positive
pole facing downwards (mark on lower key
housing). Use a lint-free cloth to do so.
! Observe the correct polarity when
inserting new key batteries. Otherwise,
components of the electrical system
could be destroyed.

Press both halves of the key housing back
together.
X
Check the function of all buttons on the
vehicle.

You cannot replace LED bulbs.
Have the LEDs in the ambient lighting

shop.
Have the LEDs in the LED daytime driving

the main headlamps replaced at a quali-
fied specialist workshop.
Bulbs and lamps are an important aspect of
vehicle safety. You must therefore make
sure that these function correctly at all
times. Have the headlamp setting checked
regularly.
