4.5 Using the heated humidifier
1. Turn the control knob on the back of the device to turn on the heater and the heater on indicator
above the knob will light up (orange light), as shown in Figure 4-1

2. Adjust the control knob to increase the humidity in the range of 1 to 6 (see diagram). 1 is
minimum humidity, 6 is maximum humidity. The optimum setting is dependent on the ambient
temperature and humidity of your room.
Danger: In order to avoid the destruction or damage to the device or even the hazard of
electric shock, when the water chamber is attached, DO NOT fill water from the
outlet port of the water chamber. Users must fill water no more than the
maximum mark after the water chamber is removed from the device.
4.6 Using the SD card
If doctors need to review the usage data, they may ask you to use the SD card to copy data from
the device, and to return the card to them. Data that is copied to the SD Card is still stored and
available on the device.
1. Insert the SD Card when the device is in standby mode.
2. Data copying starts automatically when the SD Card is inserted into the slot.
3. The [COPY] & [Card] message is displayed on the LCD while data is being copied.
4. The [End] & [OK] message is displayed on the LCD when copying has finished.
5. Remove the SD Card and mail it to the clinician.
6. The SD Card should be stored in the plastic card case when not in use. The SD card
does not need to be uninstalled for the device to work properly.
CAUTION: Do not remove the SD card until [End] & [OK] message is displayed on the LCD,
or data copied to the card may be corrupted or missing.

4.5 Utilizzo del deumidificatore riscaldato
1. Ruotare la rotella che si trova sul retro del dispositivo per attivare il riscaldatore: si
accende così l'indicatore del riscaldatore al di sopra la rotella (luce arancione), come
mostrato in Figura 4-1.

2. Regolare la rotella per aumentare l'umidità nell'intervallo da 1 a 6 (fare riferimento al
diagramma). Il numero 1 è l'umidità minima e il numero 6 quella massima. Le
impostazioni ottimali dipendono dalla temperatura ambiente e dall'umidità della stanza.
Pericolo: Per evitare di rompere o di danneggiare il dispositivo, oppure il rischio
di elettrocuzione, quando il serbatoio dell'acqua è inserito, NON
riempirlo versando l'acqua dall'uscita dell'aria. Per riempire il serbatoio,
rimuoverlo dal dispositivo e non superare mai il livello massimo.
4.6 Uso della scheda SD per la raccolta di dati
Se i medici hanno bisogno di controllare i dati relativi all'uso, possono chiedere all'utente di
utilizzare la scheda SD per copiare dati dal dispositivo, e di restituire loro la scheda. I dati copiati
sulla scheda SD sono conservati e disponibili sul dispositivo.
1. Inserire la scheda SD quando il dispositivo è in modalità standby.
2. La copia dei dati inizia automaticamente quando la scheda SD viene inserita nel lettore.
3. Il messaggio [COPY] & [Card] lampeggia sul display LCD mentre i dati sono copiati.
4. Il messaggio [End] & [OK] compare sul display LCD una volta conclusa la copia.
5. Rimuovere la scheda SD e spedirla al medico.
6. La scheda SD deve essere conservata nell'apposita confezione di plastica quando non
viene utilizzata. Non è necessario disinstallare la scheda SD per il corretto funzionamento
del dispositivo.
ATTENZIONE: Non rimuovere la scheda SD finché non compare la dicitura [End] & [OK]
sul display LCD, altrimenti i dati copiati sulla stessa potrebbero essere
incompleti o dare errore.
