Guide Overview

This guide contains installation, operation, control, and reference information for the
XTP T HD 4K transmitter and the XTP R HD 4K receiver primarily in point-to-point
applications.

In this guide, the terms "transmitter" and "XTP T HD 4K" refer to the XTP T HD 4K
transmitter. The terms "receiver" and "XTP R HD 4K" refer to the XTP R HD 4K receiver.

Product Descriptions

The XTP T HD 4K and XTP R HD 4K enable extension of video, audio, bidirectional control,
and Ethernet signals over a single shielded twisted pair cable. They are compliant with
HDCP 2.2 standards and support video signal resolutions up to 4K. They work with Extron
XTP devices in matrix or point-to-point applications for signal distribution and long-distance
transmission between XTP devices.
