6. In order to close the KBox E-200 Series, proceed step 6 & 7 described in the subsection 5.1 "Opening and Closing
the KBox E-200 Series".

5.1.2. Installing an mSATA SSD

To have access the mSATA socket please proceed according to the steps described:
1. Open the device as described in the subsection 5.1 "Opening and Closing the KBox E-200 Series" (step 1-5).
2.
Locate the mSATA socket (SATA1) (Figure 4, pos. 3) and the corresponding fixing bolt. (Figure 4, pos. 7).
3. Align the notches on the mSATA SSD with the notches in the mSATA socket (SATA1). Insert the mSATA SSD into
the corresponding socket (Figure 4, pos. 3) and rotate it down with the fixing hole of the card over the fixing bolt.
4. Press the mSATA SSD down on the side with the fixing hole and secure it with the available fastening screw
(Figure 4, pos. 7).
5. In order to close the KBox E-200 Series, proceed step 6 & 7 described in the subsection 5.1 "Opening and Closing
the KBox E-200 Series".

5.1.3. Installing an mPCIe expansion card

To have access the mPCIe socket please proceed according to the steps described:
1. Open the device as described in the subsection 5.1 "Opening and Closing the KBox E-200 Series" (step 1-5).
2. Locate the mPCIe socket (MPCIE1 or MPCIE2) (Figure 4, pos. 4 or 5) and the corresponding fixing bolt. (Figure 4,
pos. 8 or 9).
3. Align the notches on the mPCIe expansion card with the notches in the mPCIe socke (MPCIE1 or 2). Insert the
mPCIe expansion card into the corresponding socket (Figure 4, pos. 8 or 9) and rotate it down with the fixing hole
of the card over the fixing bolt.
4. Press the mPCIe expansion card down on the side with the fixing hole and secure it with the available fastening
screw (Figure 4, pos. 8 or 9).
5. In order to close the KBox E-200 Series, proceed step 6 & 7 described in the subsection 5.1 "Opening and Closing
the KBox E-200 Series".

5.1.4. Installing the SIM card

To have access the SIM card socket please proceed according to the steps described:
1. Open the device as described in the subsection 5.1 "Opening and Closing the KBox E-200 Series" (step 1-5).
2.
Locate the SIM card socket (SIM1) (Figure 4, pos. 7).
3. To unlock the SIM card socket slide the cover of the SIM socket in the direction shown in Figure 7.
4.
Lift gently the slot cover and open the slot cover as shown in Figure 7.
