Loading the Media upon Releasing the Push Rollers
1.
Raise the media set levers and release the push rollers.

Set the push roller on the left side at the position of the "

Insert the front edge of the carrier sheet in until it reaches the cutting mat (white translucent mat) behind
the push rollers.
Pass the carrier sheet under the push roller positioning guide and load it so that it is parallel with the
front guide.
If the carrier sheet is inserted too far, there may be cases when the media cannot be scanned.

Lower the media set levers on both sides and lock the push rollers.

On the "HOME" screen, touch the "LOAD MEDIA".
When the "CARRIER SHEET" is touched, the device will
perform the operation of bringing in the media and the carrier
sheet will be loaded.
If an error is displayed, operate the device by following the on-
screen instructions.
CAUTION
When the "CARRIER SHEET" is touched, the media and tool
carriage will start moving. Be careful to avoid contact with your
body or any object.
