Pre-driving checks and adjustments
Symptom
The Shift to Park warning appears in
the vehicle information display and the
inside warning chime sounds continu-
ously or for a few seconds.
(Automatic Transmission models)
The inside warning chime sounds
continuously. (Automatic Transmis-
sion models)
The inside warning chime sounds
continuously.
The No Key Detected warning
appears on the display, the outside
chime sounds 3 times and the inside
warning chime sounds for a few
seconds.
The Shift to Park warning appears in
the vehicle information display and the
outside chime sounds continuously.

The outside chime sounds for a few
seconds and all the doors unlock.

Possible cause
The shift lever is not in the P (Park)
