Configure Phone Numbers (Phone List Menu)

The EDAC700 RTU requires a phone book, called the Master Phone List in order to
build a Call List. All I/O notification must be mapped to a Call List. The Call List and the
Master Phone List each only require a single entry in order to make successful alarm
notification calls.
Program Mode -> Configure Dialler -> Configure Phone num
The "Configure Phone num" menu includes Add & Delete Phone Number options.
As you define new Numbers using Add Phone Number, they are added to the list in this
menu. You can modify any existing entry by pressing <Ok> when its name is displayed.
The next setting is the display label for the Phone Number. The LCD accommodates 20
characters, however labels can be up to 40 characters long.
Enter a suitable name for the contact person or service associated with the number.
The EDAC700 RTU keypad will allow you to enter a name using the alphanumeric
function of the keypad. It is similar to editing a cell-phone phone book entry.
You can now enter a phone number. Do not forget any prefix that may be required to
get an outside line, or any required area codes. Use a comma to put in a delay. On an
EDAC700 RTU Keypad <*> is read as a comma when entering phone numbers.
