Insert an MD.

pointing toward
the deck.

Playing an MD

— Normal Play/Shuffle Play/Repeat
Play
This system lets you play the MD in different
play modes.
With the lid open
Track number
1
Press FUNCTION repeatedly to switch
the function to MD.

Press PLAY MODE in stop mode
repeatedly until the mode you want
appears.
Select To play
No display The tracks on the MD in
(Normal Play) original order.
SHUF All tracks on the MD in
(Shuffle Play) random order.
PGM The tracks on the MD in the
(Program Play) order you want them to be
played (see "Programming
MD tracks" on page 35).
* Similar messages appear during operation
with the lid closed.

Press MD N.
Note
You cannot change the play mode during playback.
Other operations

Press x.
Stop play
Press X. Press again to resume
Pause
play.
Press . or > repeatedly
Select a track
until you find the desired track.
