Troubleshooting Interface Modules, Cables and
Connections
Symptom
After an HIM/MIM is installed and the router is powered on, the LEDs on the HIM/MIM panel
indicate abnormal operation.
Solution
Check that:
The HIM/MIM cable was correctly selected.

The HIM/MIM cable is correctly connected.

The interface has been correctly configured and is working normally (use the

display command).
