Engine Dismantling, Inspection & Assembly
✰ Remove inlet and exhaust pushrods
✰
Remove the Spark plug
✰ Remove the 6 flanged hex nuts,
securing the cylinder head.
✰
Remove the Cylinder head assy.
✰
Remove the multi layer steel (MLS)
head gasket.

REMOVAL OF VALVES

✰
Remove the Inlet & Exhaust valves
by using special tool No. ST25123-1
Valve spring compressor as shown
