Engine Dismantling, Inspection & Assembly
✰ Remove special thrust washer (lay
shaft ) from Crank case LH & 2 Nos.
Dowel pins.
✰
Pull out the crank shaft from the
crankcase RH.
✰
Remove clutch bearing retainer plate
holding screws and remove the
retainer plate from crankcase LH.
✰ Remove clutch ball bearing from
crankcase LH.
✰ Remove needle roller bearing for lay
shaft from crankcase LH.
✰
Remove roller bearing NU 305 from
crankcase LH.
