WHEEL REMOVAL / ASSEMBLY
FRONT WHEEL REMOVAL
n Place the motorcycle on its center stand on a firm
and flat surface.
n Provide a suitable support below the front end of
the engine such that the front wheel is about 4
inches (10 cms.) above the ground.
n Disconnect speedo cable.
n Loosen the pinch bolt on the right side fork end.
n Hold the axle on the right side and loosen the
axle nut on the left side.
n Hold front axle by spanner and loosen axle nut
then remove nut along with washer.
n Tap and remove the front wheel spindle from the
right side.
n Tilt the motorcycle to right side and take out the
wheel along with speedo drive and right side
spacer.
n
Take out Speedo drive and bush on the right side.
