SYSTEM button menu

INPUT TRIGGER. Use this menu item to configure pin 4 of the GPI port connector
to trigger the instrument to perform one of the functions listed below.
Use the left (◄) or right (►) arrow button to select from the following trigger
actions:
None. Disables the GPI Input Trigger function.
Reset Program Time. Resets the program time of the instrument.
Reacquire GPS Position. When Option GPS is installed, forces the
instrument to reacquire the GPS position from the GPS antenna input.
Jam Sync. Immediately synchronizes the instrument timecode to the selected
time source for each output.
NOTE.
A daily Jam Sync should be performed on systems running at non-integer
frame rates.
OUTPUT 1. Configures which instrument faults will trigger an output signal on
GPI output 1. The GPI output 1 signal corresponds to pin 2 on the GPI port
connector and to pin 1 on the GPI/LTC port connector.
Select this menu item and then press the ENTER button to access the GPI
OUTPUT 1 submenu. (See page 149, GPI OUTPUT <1, 2, or 3> submenu.)
OUTPUT 2. Configures which instrument faults will trigger an output signal on
GPI output 2. The GPI output 2 signal corresponds to pin 3 on the GPI port
connector and to pin 2 on the GPI/LTC port connector.
Select this menu item and then press the ENTER button to access the GPI
OUTPUT 2 submenu. (See page 149, GPI OUTPUT <1, 2, or 3> submenu.)
OUTPUT 3. Configures which instrument faults will trigger an output signal
on GPI output 3. The GPI output 3 signal corresponds to pin 6 on the GPI
port connector. The GPI output 3 signal does not appear on the GPI/LTC port
connector.
Select this menu item and then press the ENTER button to access the GPI
OUTPUT 3 submenu. (See page 149, GPI OUTPUT <1, 2, or 3> submenu.)
ALARM DELAY. Configures the delay for each of the GPO Lock and GPO Time
error and warning conditions. Select this menu item and then press the ENTER
button to access the GPI ALARM DELAY submenu. (See page 152, GPI ALARM
DELAY submenu.)
