Periodic Correction

While you continue cutting, misalignment of the cutting position may occur. It is recommended to perform
the automatic correction periodically before such misalignment occurs.

Care for the Detection Pin

For correction, you use detection pin. The detection pin that gathers rust or dust will prevent the accurate
detection, which may result in the situation where you cannot perform cutting as intended or where the
machine should be damaged. Take care of the detection pin on a routine basis.
Care, Maintenance, and Storage Methods
 Before use, wipe clean using a clean cloth, and make sure that rust or scratches are not on the detection
pin.
 Store in a location with low humidity and little fluctuation in temperature.

Maintenance of the Spindle Unit

The spindle unit and the belt are parts that wear out. The replacement cycle varies according to usage con-
ditions, but as a general guide, you should replace them after every 2,000 hours of use. You can use VPanel
to view the total working time of the spindle. Refer to this to determine when replacement is needed. For
information on replacement of the spindle unit, contact your authorized dealer or us.
