 This machine is a precision device. Carry out daily care and maintenance.
 Carefully clean away cutting waste. Operating the machine with a large amount of cutting waste present
may cause malfunction.
 Never apply silicone substances (oil, grease, spray, etc.) to the machine. Doing so may cause poor switch
contact.
 Never apply lubrication.

Cleaning After Cutting Operation Ends

After operation, dispose of any cutting waste that has collected in the dust tray.

Chapter 2 Maintenance
Never use a pneumatic blower.
This machine is not compatible with a pneumatic blower. Cutting waste may
get inside the machine and cause fire or electrical shock.
Never use a solvent such as gasoline, alcohol, or thinner to perform
cleaning.
Doing so may cause fire.
Never use a vacuum cleaner to take up cutting waste.
Taking up fine cuttings using an ordinary vacuum cleaner may cause danger
of fire or explosion.
Caution: high temperatures.
The cutting tool and spindle motor become hot. Exercise caution to avoid fire
or burns.
When performing maintenance, be sure to keep the tool detached.
Contact with the blade may cause injury.
