Preparing the Regulator

Once compressed air is being supplied, check to make sure no air leaks from connec-
tions or other areas.

Loosen the securing screws on right side
of the machine.
Fit the recesses on the rear of the regula-
tor into the screws.
Retighten the securing screws.
Attach an air hose.
Attaching and detaching the air hose
To connect: Insert firmly as far as it will go.
To detach: Press and hold the ring and pull out.
Pull up the upper knob.
Slowly turn the upper knob.
Adjust until the meter reads 0.02 to 0.2 MPa.

Important Notes on compressed air
Be sure to adjust to an air pressure of not more
than 0.2 MPa. Exceeding this may cause malfunc-
tion.
