Before Starting the Operation

Be sure to perform the below steps first after the installation.

When you finish installing this machine, be sure to perform the following tasks. These are required when you
change the installation location of the machine, too.
 STEP 1: Spindle Run-in (Warm-up)
 STEP 2: Automatic correction

STEP 1: Spindle Run-in (Warm-up)

The spindle run-in operation is to be performed. It takes 1 hour at a maximum to complete the operation.



front covers
in the order
of the lower
and then the
upper.


Chapter 1 Installation and Setup
Close the front covers.
Switch on the power switch.
When the spindle head and table move to the VIEW
position, and the LEDs except POWER LED go off, the
starting up of this machine is completed.
This operation is called initialization.
* View position is the left end in the highest position
for the spindle head, and the frontmost position for
the table.
Click (VPanel icon) in the task tray.
VPanel appears on the screen. When you cannot find
in the task tray, start the program from the Window
start menu.
How to start VPanel from [Start Menu]
of Windows
Go to [Start Menu], and click [All Programs] (or
[Program]) - [Roland DWX-50] - [VPanel]..
The VPanel program starts.
