2.6.6.3

RF Input Monitor (J5) (Optional)

The RF input power can be monitored from this 50-Ω, N-type, female connector, located on the
back panel at a -20 dB nominal coupling. The calibration data is available on the front panel
display.
2.6.6.4

BUC Input with BUC Bypass (J16) (Optional)

This port is the L-Band input frequency to the BUC when the BUC bypass is installed. The
10MHz reference to the BUC is supplied either internally or multiplexed with the L-Band input
signal.
2.6.6.5

BUC Bypass (J17) (Optional)

The BUC bypass J17 must be connected to RF input J2 using the RF jumper cable provided if the
L-Band input signal is applied to J16. Connect the input signal directly to J2 if the frequency
band of the SSPA is being used and the BUC is bypassed.
