2.1 Overview
This section contains instructions on preparing the site for installation, how to unpack, and
make necessary electrical connections for the Indoor SSPA.
2.2 Pre-inspection
Before unpacking the equipment, inspect the exterior and the interior of the shipping containers
for evidence of damage in shipment. If damage is evident, immediately contact the carrier that
delivered the equipment and submit a damage report. Failure to do so could invalidate future
claims.
2.3 Unpacking
Note:
complete. It is recommended that any factory returns be shipped in their
original shipping container. See Appendix A for Return information.

Carefully unpack and remove the following items from the shipping container(s):

Check Packing Slips
After unpacking the Indoor SSPA verify all items on the packing slips have been received.
2.3.3
Post Unpacking Inspection
Inspect all items for evidence of damage in shipment. If damage is evident, immediately contact
the carrier that delivered the equipment to file a claim. Failure to do so could invalidate future
claims. Save the packing boxes for inspection by the carrier's agent to validate damage claims. Take
photos of marks on boxes and crates. Check the equipment thoroughly for damaged or loose parts.
