or Disabled. When Disabled, the Timer can be

The timer is idle. The CounterStartSource feature is
set to off.
The timer is waiting for a start trigger.
The timer is counting for the specified duration.
The timer reached the TimerDuration count.
Select the trigger source to start the timer. The
Control section provides details and timing diagrams
for the supported events.
Off Starts with the reception of the TimerReset
Icommand.
