EALAND OPERATION
New Zealand operation is can be selected through the options in GLOBAL > SYSTEM menu. Selecting NZ
operation mode will change the panel characteristics and default settings to comply with NZS4512:2003. This
section describes the panel configuration required to comply with NZ standards when the NZ operation mode is
selected.
Note:
The default operation of the warning system relay, AZF1 and AZF2 changes depending on whether the NZ
operation mode is enabled or not.

The NZ keypad is designed specifically to meet NZS4512:2003 requirements.
8.9.1.1
SILENCE
Pressing the silence button will de-activate the bell and warning output relays on the termination board and set the
Bell Isolated (BI) operator to true for script processing.
8.9.1.2
EVAC TEST
Pressing the EVAC TEST button will activate the warning system output relay on the termination board and set
the Warning Initiated (WI) operator to true for script processing. Its important to note that if a script is

been associated to the output. Any script entered by the user for this output will over-ride the above
functionality which is equivalent to the following script:
