Page P.6
Upper figure:
Insert the drive shaft for the rear motor belts according to the drawing and screw the pinion to the shaft.
Lower figure:
Put the motor carrier on the motor and tighten the two screw M3x6 so that the motor can still be pushed back and forth on
the carrier with gentle pressure. Then install the motor pinion on the motor shaft according to the drawing and fasten the
pinion with two grub screws M3x3.
Insert the motor in the chasses according to the sketch and lightly screw the motor carrier to the chassis with four M3x6
screws.
To adjust the tooth backlash, push a small paper strip between the motor pinion and the gear pinion and push the motor
towards the gear. Also check for correct assembly height of the motor pinion on the motor shaft.
Then uninstall the motor carrier and motor again and tighten the motor attachment screws. Then place the motor and
motor carrier into the mechanics again and check the tooth backlash.
If set correctly, the two pinions will securely interlock without catching or without showing too much play.

Upper figure:
The rotor head is already pre-assembled. Only the two mixer cables at the blade holders still have to be installed according
to the figure.
The dampening degree of the rotor head can be set depending on installation position of the washers at the blade
bearing shaft.
Lower figure:
Install the paddle rod rocker according to the figure and push the paddle rod into the rotor head. The two angled paddle rod
linkage levers must be installed so that the paddle rod has no lateral clearance. The paddle rod must protrude evenly from
the rotor head on the right and left (see lower sketch).
Important!
The paddle rod linkage levers must be installed aligned in a level (also see page P.13).
Page P.8
Upper figure:
Turn the paddles onto the paddle rod and align the paddles horizontally (also see page P.13). The distance between paddles
and the paddle rod linkage levers should be 108 mm on either side.
Then push the pitch compensator tappet onto the rotor head according to the drawing and screw it on.
Lower figure:
Place the rotor head on the main rotor shaft from above. The bore with the lower distance to the shaft end must point down
towards the gear.
Then push the pre-installed pitch compensator (fig. 2) and the swash disc onto the main rotor shaft from below.
Install the two linkage rods between swash disc and blade holder according to the drawing on the left of the figure and
install the linkages to the rotor head. The remaining rotor head rods are already pre-assembled and only need to be clipped
on (see fig. 3).
The main rotor shaft pinion is already pre-installed ex works, so no additional assembly work is required anymore.
