4.3 (Optional) Filtering Logs

This function allows you to filter out specified logs.
Context
After a specified log is filtered out, the router no longer records or displays this log, or outputs
this log to a log host.
Procedure

Description
Indicates that a log will be sent to a log host. A log
to be saved on a local device does not have a
leading character.
Indicates the time when a log is output. The value
is in the yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss format:
l yyyy-mm-dd indicates the date.
l hh:mm:ss indicates the time. The value of hh
(hour) ranges from 00 to 23.
The timestamp and the host name are separated by
a space.
By default, it is HUAWEI.
Indicates that the log is output by a Huawei
product.
Indicates the version of the log format.
Indicates the name of the module that outputs the
log to the information center.
Indicates the log severity value.
Describes the log type.
Identifies a user log.
X: virtual router ID.
ZZZ: component ID.
Indicates the log contents that are output to the
information center by each module. The descriptor
is filled in by each module every time a log is
output.
