Configuring an LDP PW (flexible mode)

Network requirements
Create an LDP PW between PE 1 and PE 2, and use flexible mode to match specific packets from each
AC so CE 1 and CE 2 can communicate within VLAN 10 without consuming VLAN resources on PEs.
