You have to remove these plugs before electrical connection.
NPT thread
In the case of instrument housings with self-sealing NPT threads, it is
not possible to have the cable entries screwed in at the factory. The
free openings for the cable glands are therefore covered with red dust
protection caps as transport protection. The dust protection caps do
not provide sufficient protection against moisture.
Prior to setup you have to replace these protective caps with ap-
proved cable glands or close the openings with suitable blind plugs.

Mounting instructions

The PTFE washer of the antenna encapsulation serves also as
process seal.
After a certain time under the effect of large temperature changes,
PTFE plated flanges tend to lose their pre-tensioning. To compensate
for this, disc springs must be used with the flange screws.
We recommended using elastic washers or detent-edged washers:

Note:
The retaining elements are included with the versions for process
temperatures -196 ... +200 °C (-321 ... +392 °F).
To seal effectively, the following requirements must be fulfilled:
1. Make sure the number of flange screws corresponds to the num-
ber of flange holes
2. Use of disc springs as previously described
