D.1 EDS (Electronic Data Sheet) File
The EDS file is used to specify and describe the communication data of an EtherNet/IP switch. We
provide the EDS file to help you identify the communication data or objects of the Delta managed
switch, and you can use the notepad or the text editor to open the EDS file.
