 Press buttons 1, 2 and 3; the pressure
relief is activated.
 Connect the hydraulic hoses of the at-
tachment to the machine.
Deactivate the pressure relief:
 Press buttons 1, 2 and 3 again; the
pressure relief is deactivated.
 Press the ESC key - the settings are
saved.
Select the attachment specifically
 Press the OK button on the display.
 Select the respective attachment using
buttons 1 - 7 and confirm with the OK
button.
 Press the ESC key - the settings are
saved.
Disconnecting attachments from
the machine
With the motor running and locked emer-
gency brake:
 Activate the float position via the switch.
 Place the attachment on the ground.
 Activate the pressure relief: see pre-
vious chapter "Activate pressure relief".
 Disconnect the hydraulic hoses of the
attachment from the machine.
 Deactivate the pressure relief: see
previous chapter "Deactivate pressure
relief".
 Pull the spring plug on the bolt from the
top link and remove the bolt.
 Unlock the left and right lock of the bot-
tom link, release the float position and
move the front machine holder down
(joystick to the front).

Storage

WARNING
Risk of injury and damage! Note the weight
of the appliance in case of storage.
If the vehicle is not used for a longer period
of time, observe the following points:
 Park the vehicle at a safe, level and dry
place.
 Turn ignition key to "STOP" and remove
it.
 Switch off at main switch.
 Secure vehicle against rolling away,
lock parking brake.
 Change the engine oil and the oil filter
prior to extended storage.
 If frost is expected, check whether there
is enough anti-frosting agent in the
cooling water.
 Clean the inside and outside of the ma-
chine.
 Charge battery approx. every 2 months.

Maintenance schedule

NOTICE
The elapsed-time counter shows the timing
of the maintenance intervals.
Daily before starting operations
 See chapter "Prior to start/safety test".
Weekly
 Tyre pressures, possible tyre wear.
See the chapter "Technical Data |
Tyres" for the recommended tyre pres-
sure.
After the first 50 operating hours
Have the initial inspection performed by
Customer Service.
– Change the engine oil and the oil filter.
– Replace hydraulic oil.
– Replace the hydraulic oil filter, return.
– Replace the hydraulic oil filter, forward.
Every 100 operating hours
– Lubricate the joints, machine holders
and cylinders (list of grease fittings, see
chapter "Lubricating machine").
Every 250 operating hours
– Change engine oil.
– Replace the hydraulic oil filter, return.
– Replace the hydraulic oil filter, forward.
– Check battery.
– Clean the fuel filter.
– Check the V-belt and V-belt tension.
– Clean air filter.
After the first 500 operating hours
– Replace hydraulic oil.
Every 500 operating hours
– Change engine oil filter.
– Replace the hydraulic oil filter, return.
– Replace the hydraulic oil filter, forward.
– Replace the fuel filter.
– Replace V-belt.
Every 1000 operating hours
– Check the valve gap and adjust it (done
by customer service).
– Replace hydraulic oil.
Yearly
– Replace the air filter.
Every 2 years
– Replace fuel lines and hose clamps.
– Replace radiator hoses and hose
clamps.
– Clean the cooler.
– Replace the cooling liquid.
After each vehicle wash
 Grease the joint connection.

Service display

The service display lights up when
the respective maintenance
needs to be done.
 Contact the authorised customer ser-
vice.

Maintenance Works

Important
In order to avoid operational problems, ut-
most cleanliness is vital for all check and
maintenance work.

 Park the machine on an even surface.
 Activate parking brake.
 Allow the machine sufficient time to cool
down before carrying out any mainte-
nance and repair work.
 Do not touch any hot parts, such as the
drive motor and exhaust system.
 Cooling water is hot.
 Lower the attachments to the ground or
secure them in the raised position.
 Secure the raised machine.
General notes on safety
DANGER
Risk of injury due to engine overrun. Once
the engine has been switched off, wait for 5
seconds. Stay well clear of the working
area for this time.
When cleaning the appliance with a high
pressure cleaner, adhere to the respective
safety instructions.
Risk of injury when vehicle accidentally
starts up. Remove the ignition key and dis-
connect the battery prior to performing
cleaning and maintenance tasks on the ve-
hicle.
Be careful when using high-pressure clean-
ers for cleaning! Do not directly point the
high-pressure jet to electrical components,
tyres, radiator fins and hydraulic hoses.
Maintenance on the hydraulic system must
only be carried out by trained personnel.
Never disassemble hydraulic hoses while
the machine is running.
Please do not release engine
oil, fuel oil, diesel and petrol
into the environment. Protect
the ground and dispose of used
oil in an environmentally-clean
manner.

use and in the vehicle operat-
ing instructions!

and batteries!
