This error means any of the following sensors in the document finisher is defective:
• Input sensor
• Exit path sensor
• Inversion sensor
• Printer connection sensor
• Stack height limit sensor
• Stack home position sensor
• Offset sensor
• Cover sensor
• Stacker full sensor

C7: Void

C8: Document finisher staple unit movement motor error

Meaning
The staple unit move-
ment motor does not
rotate.

C9: Document finisher staple motor error

Perform the same procedure as C8 for the document finisher's staple motor.

CA: Document finisher alignment motor error

Perform the same procedure as C8 for the document finisher's alignment motor except
making check on connector J11.
