On - B/T/ID options are enabled.
Function
Off - Audio engine is not active.
On - Audio engine is actively decoding or performing passthru.
Blinking - Audio engine is in a failure mode (no passthru or audio
decoding)

Off - No system alarms.
On - System alarm.
(NTP or FAN alarm)
Off - Decryption configuration is turned OFF
On - Decryption configuration is set to BISS1 or BISSE
