This function is valid for image processing circuit (IPC-2D or IPC-3D) option.
When the IPC-2D or IPC-3D option is installed and these bits indicate 1xxxx, the scanner applies the
DTC function, and the function of the image control register and subwindow control register are not
operated.

When the control registor A#19/B#19, bit 0 is '0' 8 typs density are sellectable by the control registor
A#1/B#1, bit 3 to 0.
And when the control registor A#19/B#19, bit 0 is '1', 256 typs density are sellectable by the control
registor A#20/#20.
