This command initializes the scanner and can be issued at any time.

Note: "Ready" is the response when this command ends normally.

If the CONTROL REGISTER CLEAR command is issued after the READ command is sent to the scanner
but before the Read Complete is received from the scanner, a command sequence error occur.

This command resets the system to the
power-on status.
01: Control register clear
This command initializes the operation
mode, image processing mode, and
subwindow mode. (*1)
10: Reading stop
This command stops operation during
reading (VGATE OFF, return).
