This register specifys the transfer rate of binary reading for front-side and back-side image data.
X'00' is set when the power is turned on or CLEAR command is issued for initialization.

When the output resolution is 400 dpi or less, transfer rate is 800 ns.
When the output resolution is 401 dpi or more, transfer rate is 400 ns.

This is available only for third party slot. It is necessary to check the operation with the Host computer.
