Jamming
Paper jammed in the paper path during ADF operation.
1)
Paper already existed in ADF before the READ command was executed.
2)
Paper did not pass the sensor in ADF within the specific time.

Paper chute empty
There was no paper on the paper chute when the READ command was received during ADF
operation.
(3)
ADF cover open
The ADF cover was opened during ADF operation or the ADF cover was open when ADF reading
began.
(4)
STOP button pressed
The Stop button was pressed during reading or while the scanner was waiting for the operator to
press the Start button.
