This chapter describes the data assignment for WL Controllers.

Self Diagnosis

WL Controller has diagnosis function.

In the case of WL5100/SCA-WL10
After WL5100/SCA-WL10 has started up (ACT lamp lights green), check to
access the WL Controller by using CLI or WebView.
In the case of WL1700-MS
After WL1700-MS has started up (CONT STATUS lamp lights green), check to
access the WL Controller by using CLI, WebView, or Initial Setup tool.
WL Controller routinely checks the connected Access Points in a cycle of one
second. Therefore, link-down with Access Points can be detected.
: When WL Controller is powered on, the WL Controller starts
to check the memory. If system detects an error, WL
Controller will be suspended.
After WL Controller has started up (ACT lamp lights green),
check to access the WL Controller by using CLI or WebView.
: When Controller is powered on, WL Controller starts to check
its hardware. If system detects an error, CONT STATUS lamp
and STATUS lamp light red, and then WL Controller will be
suspended.
