Last n Errors Events Page Format

The Last n Errors Events Page provides a list of the most recent errors events
logged on the library. Each event is an ASCII string that includes a time stamp, a
fault symptom code (FSC), and an optional mechanism.
Note – Each error event is 48 bytes long, and can contain up to 20 events.
