Test Unit Ready
The Test Unit Ready command (00h) allows the initiator to determine if the library
is powered-on and ready to accept additional commands. This is not a request for
a library self-test.
The Test Unit Ready command returns a Good status if the library is ready to
accept additional commands. This command also returns a Check Condition if the
library is not ready or if there are pending Unit Attentions.
