This value indicates the reservation key for the descriptor data that follows.
The value in the Scope field indicates whether a persistent reservation applies
to an entire logical unit or to an element. The only valid value is 0h.
0h = The persistent reservation applies to the logical unit
This value specifies the characteristics of the persistent reservation.
Valid values are 3h and 6h.
3h = Exclusive Access:
This value indicates that the initiator holding the persistent reservation has
exclusive read and write access. If any other initiator requests a data transfer
to or from the target, the result will be a reservation conflict.
6h = Exclusive Access, Registrants Only:
This value indicates that any currently registered initiator has exclusive read
and write access.
If any non-registered initiator requests a data transfer to or from the target, the
result will be a reservation conflict.
