9. Troubleshooting
Issue: Cannot communicate with the projector. (Wireless network)

Is the projector turned on?
Is the network device such as an
access point, and so on turned
on?
Is STANDBY MODE set to
POWER SAVE?
Are the network settings such as
IP address set correctly?
Is the USB wireless adapter
(optional parts: USB-WL-11N-NS)
inserted into WIRELESS port of
the projector?
Is an optional USB wireless
adapter used?
Is MAC address displayed
correctly in the NETWORK
INFORMATION － WIRELESS
menu?
Is LED of the USB wireless
adapter blinking?

Solutions
Turn on the projector.
Turn on the network device.
The network function is not available when
STANDBY MODE is set to POWER SAVE. To
use the network function in the standby mode,
set to NORMAL.
Check the network settings in the NETWORK
INFORMATION － WIRELESS menu. Consult
with your network administrator for details.
Insert the USB wireless adapter.
The USB wireless adapter available to this
projector is optional USB-WL-11N-NS only.
When MAC address displayed in NETWORK
INFORMATION – WIRELESS menu does not
match MAC address engraved on the USB
wireless adapter, pull out and insert the USB
wireless adapter again.
If the problem persists, the USB wireless
adapter may be broken. Contact your dealer.
When LED of the USB wireless adapter does
not blink in over one minute after inserting,
remove and insert the USB wireless adapter
again.
If the problem persists, the USB wireless
adapter may be broken. Contact your dealer.
