TB8100 Service Kit User's Manual
The Service Kit lets you test aspects of the PA. You can test the fan, the front
panel, and the PA's ability to transmit.
The Control Tests form (Diagnose > Power Amplifier > Control Tests) lets
you test the PA fan and front panel fault LED.
Indicates whether the PA has any current alarms.
Indicates the current state of the LED.
Indicates whether the fan is on or off.
The Current temperature area displays four thermometers that monitor the four
PA temperature sensors.

Testing the PA Fault LED

You can test that the red fault LED on the front of the PA is able to light up.
(The PA has a pair of LEDs: a green status LED and a red fault LED. They are
only visible when the front panel is removed.)
1. Select Diagnose > Power Amplifier > Control Tests.
