To download the user defined characters with 24x24 cell size.
Where

without X: the data is 72 byte binary data
with X: the data is 144 byte ASCII data

c2c3 is 2 byte code point in normal code page
c1c2c3 is byte code point in UTF8 code page

data: download data in 72/144 byte which is arranged in
horizontal sequence.
Comment
This control code does not function while in non-DBCS mode.

Selects emphasized character print format.
Comment
Emphasized print makes text bolder by printing each dot twice,
the second dot offset to the right of the first by a distance equal
to 1/2 the width of a dot.
