The following program demonstrates the function of the
command.

Sets the ASCII format data for a user-defined character. The
user-defined characters can be printed by sending a1 a2 to the
printer.
Where:
a1 = high byte code point
a2 = low byte code point
d1...d144 = 144 bytes ASCII format data
This command takes effect only in DBCS mode.
