After the support file has been collected, the IBM Flex System Manager securely transmits
any serviceable hardware problems and associated support files to IBM Support. Then,
IBM Support analyzes this data and contacts the customer for problem resolution.
Follow this procedure to configure Call Home if the FSM is included:
1. You can set up and enable the Electronic Service Agent from the Additional Setup tab of
the IBM Flex System Manager home page, Getting started with the Electronic Service
Agent welcome panel, as shown in Figure 13-46.

2. Click Next. Provide information about the person that IBM Support can contact about a
problem reported by Electronic Service Agent. See Figure 13-47.
