Toggle: You change between

Transfer calls: You are on a call
and want to transfer it internal-
ly or externally. Make an
enquiry call to the subscriber.
You can (where enabled) trans-
fer internal or external calls to
another internal or external
subscriber. This means that
under certain circumstances
two external subscribers can be
connected on your communica-
tions system.
Please note:

General hold: If a call needs to

hold recall is the same as for a
normal call, i.e. depending on

NAL/EXTERNAL/MULTIPLE or
team direct call key.
Mute (only OpenPhone 61):

With the MUTE function you can
deactivate the microphone on
your telephone so that the
other party can no longer hear
you. The connection remains
intact however.
Applying the MUTE function
again reactivates the micro-
phone.
