If your telephone is in a
Pick-up :
preset pick-up group, you can pick
up waiting calls within this group.
Your telephone can
Direct Pick-up ..:
be authorised to pick up and answer
calls to every other telephone.
Please note: You cannot pick up
calls to "partner direct call keys"
(within a team you can (if set up
accordingly) accept these calls with
the corresponding "partner direct
call key")
After entering the
Announcement:
telephone number you can make an
announcement
on another system telephone.
Note a telephone number

and a name or dial a noted tele-
phone number.
This displays the
Charge for last call:
charges for the last call.
The main menu is
