Making a Call from the Telephone Book
The Telephone Book
Approx. 10,000 entries can be
stored in the telephone book of
your communications system. This
number includes the centrally
administered telephone book.

Enter the search letters/
Name:
name (see Text Entry).
Press o to view the telephone
book list starting with the entered
character. If you do not enter a char-
acter and press o, the list starts

Answering a Callback
A callback request is carried out if
the other subscriber becomes free
again.
A Your telephone rings, then go
off-hook or press the hands-free key
and the other subscriber is called.
with the first entry. You may also
select the desired name with the
arrow keys. By pressing o * you
see the telephone number of the
entry and can initiate dialling with
the menu item Dial.
* If you are already off-hook before calling up the
telephone book, pressing OK initiates dialling.
